class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Description:<\/h3><p>The project, carried out with the support of the Cassa di Risparmio di Perugia Foundation, had as its main purpose the promotion of young people's self-promotion skills, stimulating their creativity and innovative practices.<br \/><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 100;\">The project was activated in early 2016 and ended in March 2017.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 100; background-color: var( --e-global-color-a507ee5 );\">In order to achieve the project objectives, we implemented research and analysis actions on the training needs of young people and on the local situation in the SME and young entrepreneurs sector; training actions, through meetings with experts and entrepreneurs and self-promotion workshops and company visits, which allowed young people to observe their work directly in the field.<\/span><\/p><h3 style=\"font-style: normal;\">Objectives:<\/h3><ul><li>Strengthen the links between the education system, the labor market and civil society;<\/li><li>improve the integration of young people into local social and working life;<\/li><li>to increase creativity, skills and entrepreneurial spirit through training experiences;<\/li><li>guide young people to find employment opportunities in the area;\u00a0<\/li><li>promote self-orientation;<\/li><li>fight youth unemployment.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-style: normal; background-color: var( --e-global-color-a507ee5 );\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 35px;\"><b>Beneficiaries:<br \/><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-a507ee5 ); font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 100;\">Young people aged 15 to 30 residing in the territory of the Middle Tiber Valley, looking for employment.<\/span><\/p><h3 style=\"font-style: normal;\">Activities:<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Meetings\/workshops with career guidance professionals<\/strong> on: active job search, self-promotion, self-assessment of one's skills, Curriculum Vitae orientation, Training and Job orientation, the opportunities offered by the territory.<\/li><li><strong>Meetings\/workshops with a psychologist<\/strong> su: motivation, how to overcome shyness, how to face job interviews, how to value yourself.<\/li><li><strong>Meeting with Employment Services<\/strong>: Labor reform, tax concessions and deductions, bonuses, Work orientation and professional retraining: what opportunities are offered by the Umbria Region and the network of active subjects in the territory.<\/li><li><strong>Meeting with Services for Youth Entrepreneurship<\/strong> on: self-entrepreneurship models, business start-up, from idea to start-up, incentives for youth entrepreneurship.<\/li><li><strong>Meeting with the European Employment Service<\/strong> on: Job and Training Opportunities in Europe, Mobility Orientation, European Volunteering.<\/li><li><strong>Visits to companies<\/strong> to present innovative opportunities offered by the territory in various economic sectors.<\/li><li><strong>Final conference<\/strong> for the presentation of the project
