DESCRIZIONE:
L’Unione europea sta ancora affrontando molte difficoltà che mettono a rischio la “crescita inclusiva” alla quale punta la strategia Europa 2020. Non solo i giovani, ma anche molti adulti sopra i 50 anni sono disoccupati e molti migranti, regolarmente residenti nei paesi dell’UE, hanno grandi difficoltà a trovare lavoro. Nel caso di adulti oltre i 50 anni di età, il possesso di qualifiche obsolete, non aggiornate con le competenze richieste oggi, ostacolano la loro inclusione o permanenza nel mondo del lavoro. Molti migranti sono in possesso solo delle qualifiche di base o, se hanno qualifiche, non sono riconosciuti nei paesi ospitanti. La maggior parte degli over 50 e persino i migranti hanno poca competenza nelle nuove tecnologie. Molti adulti che vivono soli, con difficoltà finanziarie, senza lavoro, sono a rischio di esclusione sociale e isolamento totale, avendo anche difficoltà a richiedere aiuto. Le donne over 50 che vivono da sole, si sono dedicate in passato alla crescita dei loro figli e delle loro famiglie, hanno rinunciato allo sviluppo di abilità e professionalità. I migranti e i rifugiati che vivono nei paesi ospitanti hanno difficoltà a sentirsi integrati nella vita sociale e lavorativa, hanno scarse competenze linguistiche e poche opportunità di conoscere ed essere conosciuti dalla popolazione residente. C’è una grande differenza nella mentalità tra i giovani e gli over 50 e questo causa un forte divario culturale, una mancanza di capacità comunicative e di dialogo. Una mentalità di esclusione e rifiuto nei confronti dei migranti è sempre più diffusa. L’invecchiamento demografico della società può essere sostenuto solo dall’aumento della vita lavorativa e dell’invecchiamento attivo, da una cultura della salute e del benessere e dall’apprendimento permanente.
Alla luce di questa situazione, il progetto ETICASD si pone come obiettivo generale lo sviluppo di competenze chiave nella popolazione adulta ed il rafforzamento della rete di attori nel campo dell’istruzione, della formazione e dell’orientamento in ciascun territorio partecipante, per promuovere la realizzazione sociale e professionale e l’inclusione degli adulti.
TARGET:
- Popolazione adulta sopra i 50 anni, con livello medio-basso di qualifica;
- Migranti/rifugiati adulti regolarmente residenti nei paesi partner del progetto.
OBIETTIVI:
- Sviluppare competenze chiave nella popolazione adulta in un ambiente di apprendimento creativo, innovativo e non formale;
- promuovere l’inclusione delle persone a rischio di esclusione sociale;
- rafforzare la rete di attori (volontariato, educazione, inclusione);
- promuovere il dialogo interculturale e intergenerazionale, le abilità sociali e la partecipazione attiva alla società.
ATTIVITÀ E RISULTATI:
- Realizzazione di materiale didattico sulle competenze chiave (KC 1,2,3,4,5,6);
- Sito web del progetto con una piattaforma e-learning interattiva (key4development.eu);
- Video Curriculum che valorizzi esperienze non formali e informali di discenti adulti che verranno sviluppate durante l’attività di apprendimento;
- 2 Mobilità di apprendimento di 4 settimane: in Italia (settembre-ottobre 2019) e in Spagna (febbraio-marzo 2020) per 32 adulti. Queste mobilità hanno coinvolto discenti adulti di ogni organizzazione partner del progetto. I partecipanti sono stati impegnati in attività di educazione non formale ed hanno avuto l’occasione di entrare in contatto con realtà lavorative e associative del paese ospitante, con lo scopo di favorirne l’inclusione sociale e/o professionale, attraverso lo sviluppo delle abilità e delle competenze chiave.

MOBILITà DI APPRENDIMENTO
The learning activity is provided with an online learning space that will be integrated with the project’s website but will also be separated in a visible way. It will serve as the medium for the preparatory material before the physical training course and can be used by other adult learnenrs.
Features of the e-learning space:
• creation of online courses
• teacher and learner’s profiles
• lesson management and tracking course progress
• forum integration
• quizzes and questions
• webinar integration
• calendar integration
• ranking / rating system
• mobile compatible
In order to reflect on their own learning needs and deepen certain topics before the 4 weeks mobility experience, the learners will do a minimum of 30 hours of the linguistic and cultural preparation referred to the hosting country (Communication in foreign languages: ITALIAN), which is uploaded among the online learning offer. But also the participation in the other on line modules will be a requirement assessed in the selection of learners to be sent in mobility.
The 4 weeks learning activity in Italy will be organised in a weekly schedule: the learners will have different topics everyday, according to the modules described above (Competence 2 to 6). Competence 2 will be Italian Language.
The activity will be structured to be as involving as possible, with not only traditional learning experience “in-Aula” but also through direct contact with local social environment: meetings, workshops and cooperation with local professionals and experts, local stakeholders, institutes for Adult education, teachers and school students, ICT specialists, volunteers, professionals in health, wellness and social work, trainer, mentoring and guidance specialists.

VIDEO CV
The Video Curricula represent one of the outputs of the adults’ learning mobilities and they were recorded during the activities in Italy and in Spain and even after them in the partner countries.
Adult learners have developed key competences, with particular reference to digital competence, through the online learning platform and during the mobilities. They have been thaught some basic presentation tips and video editing skills in order to be able to create their video CV. This tool is useful for ones self promotion in professional field or simply to valorise prior learning and life experiences in order to use them in other contexts, such as volunteering and non formal education. The video Curricula are innovative tools reflecting the creativity of their authors and in the frame of our project they were useful to collect the outcomes of the intercultural experience
