The A.S.D. San Venanzo participates in the Erasmus+ project “Skills Development for Sports Volunteering Trainers”

After the conclusion of the project Volunteering for Sporty and Healthy Life, A.S.D. San Venanzo will participate in the new project “Skills Development for Sports Volunteering Trainers“, a Small Collaborative Partnership founded by the Erasmus+Sport Programme of the European Union.

We will collaborate with them for the implementation of the project at local and international level.

 

 

Tomorrow we will host the partners for the first Transnational Coordination Meeting in Marsciano and San Venanzo!

 

Project duration: 01/01/2020 – 31/12/2020

The partners of the project are:

  • In
    iciativa Internacional Joven (applicant) from Spain;
  • ASD San Venanzo from Italy;
  • Asociacija Aktyvistai from Lithuania;
  • Miejski Osrodek Sportu i Rekreacji w Rybniku from Poland;
  • IASIS from Greece.

The main objectives of the project are:

  • To improve the key competences of those responsible for training volunteers in the field of sports of the partner organizations and other stakeholders, who wish to train, prepare and manage sports volunteering actions;
  • Create a basic and common educational tool for the development of training for volunteers in the field of sports validated by partner countries;
  • Develop the capacity of sports organizations in the management and training of volunteers;
  • Promote networking and the exchange of good practices among sports organizations that work with volunteers in the field of sports;
  • Create a network of organizations from four countries that promote the training, preparation and management of volunteers in the sports fields locally, nationally and internationally.

Main activities and results:

  • Transnational Coordination Meeting in San Venanzo, Italy  (20-22 January 2020)
  • Local Activities I: a deeper analysis of the situation of sports volunteering trainers, identification of profiles and learning needs. Meetings with sports volunteering trainers.
  • International Training course in Rybnik, Poland (July 2020). A 4 day training course for sports volunteering trainers, with 3 participants per country.
  • Local Activities II (June-Oct. 2019): Translation of the training tool in each partner country; Local training course for volunteers led by the participants of the international training course in Malaga; one sport event with the local volunteers previously trained
  • Intellectual results (May-Dec 2020): creation of an educational/training tool translated to the 5 languages, an E-book with all the material, information and tools developed throughout the local activities and international training course.
  • Final conference (Nov/Dec 2020) in Malaga, Spain for evaluation of the project and public presentation of project results, during “Malaga, European Sports Capital 2020”.

Dopo la conclusione del progetto Volunteering for Sporty and Healthy Life, A.S.D. San Venanzo parteciperà al nuovo progetto “Skills Development for Sports Volunteering Trainers“, un piccolo partenariato collaborativo fondato dal programma Erasmus+ Sport dell’Unione Europea.

Collaboreremo con loro per l’implementazione del progetto a livello locale e internazionale. Domani ospiteremo i partner per il primo incontro di coordinamento transnazionale a Marsciano e San Venanzo!

Durata del progetto: 01/01/2020 – 31/12/2020

Gli obiettivi principali del progetto sono:

  • Migliorare le competenze chiave dei responsabili della formazione dei volontari nel campo dello sport delle organizzazioni partner e delle altre parti interessate, che desiderano formare, preparare e gestire le attività di volontariato sportivo;
  • Creare uno strumento educativo di base condiviso per lo sviluppo della formazione per i volontari nel campo dello sport, che sarà convalidato dai paesi partner;
  • Sviluppare la capacità delle organizzazioni sportive nella gestione e formazione dei volontari;
  • Promuovere il collegamento e lo scambio di buone pratiche tra le organizzazioni sportive che lavorano con volontari nel campo dello sport;
  • Creare una rete di organizzazioni di quattro paesi che promuovono la formazione, preparazione e gestione dei volontari nei campi sportivi a livello locale, nazionale e internazionale.

Principali attività e risultati:

  • Riunione di coordinamento transnazionale a San Venanzo, Italia (20-22 gennaio 2020)
  • Attività locali I: un’analisi più approfondita della situazione dei formatori di volontariato sportivo, identificazione dei profili e bisogni di apprendimento. Incontri conformatori di volontari nello sport.
  • Corso di formazione internazionale a Rybnik, Polonia (luglio 2020). Un corso di formazione di 4 giorni per formatori di volontari nello sport, con 3 partecipanti per ogni paese.
  • Attività locali II (giugno-ottobre 2019): traduzione dello strumento formativo in ciascun paese partner; corso di formazione locale per volontari condotto dai partecipanti al corso di formazione internazionale a Malaga; un evento sportivo con i volontari locali precedentemente formati.
  • Risultati intellettuali (maggio-dicembre 2020): creazione di uno strumento di istruzione/formazione tradotto nelle 5 lingue, un e-book con tutto il materiale, le informazioni e gli strumenti sviluppati durante le attività locali e il corso di formazione internazionale.
  • Conferenza finale (novembre/dicembre 2020) a Malaga, in Spagna, per la valutazione del progetto e presentazione pubblica dei risultati del progetto, durante “Malaga, Capitale europea dello sport 2020”.
